The agreement between you and PuntersEdge for the odds API, the website, the widgets and the developer tools. Written to be read, not skimmed past: the short version is first, the full terms follow it.
This summary is a guide. The numbered sections are the agreement.
PuntersEdge is the trading name of Hamish William Carter, a sole trader registered in Australia under ABN 32 571 495 604 and based in Queensland ("PuntersEdge", "we", "us", "our"). "You" means the person using the Service and, where you use it for a business or other organisation, that organisation as well.
These terms govern every service we provide under the PuntersEdge name (together, the "Service"): the website at puntersedge.online and its subdomains, the PuntersEdge API at api.puntersedge.online, the account console, the embeddable widgets, the SDKs, the MCP server and other developer tooling, our documentation, our newsletters, and any analysis or editorial content we publish.
You accept these terms, and they become a binding agreement, when you do any of the following: tick the terms box on a signup or checkout form; click the link in a verification email that activates an API key; pay for a plan; make a request with an API key; embed one of our widgets; or continue to use the website after these terms have been shown to you. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Service.
The following are incorporated into these terms and should be read with them:
If we have signed a separate written agreement with you (for example an enterprise or data-partnership agreement), that agreement prevails over these terms to the extent of any inconsistency. Otherwise these terms prevail over the pages above, except that the pricing page and API reference are the authority for the figures they publish.
The API is a REST/JSON data service. It returns the prices displayed by Australian bookmakers for horse, harness and greyhound racing and for a range of sports, together with results, fields, acceptances and form, price movements, a closing-line archive, bulk dataset files, derived figures such as best price and closing-line value, and supporting features such as webhooks, team keys and widgets. Exactly what each plan includes, what each endpoint costs in credits, and how far ahead and how far back each plan may look are published on the pricing page and in the API reference, and may differ between plans.
Some endpoints answer without a key so that you can try them. Those demonstration calls carry their own, tighter rate limit and are subject to these terms in the same way as a keyed request.
The website publishes results archives, a best-odds tool, coverage and data-quality reports, a monthly market report, tutorials and other pages that anyone may read. Those pages are provided for you to view. You may not crawl, scrape, bulk-download or otherwise extract data from the website by automated means; the API exists for that, and we will happily point you to the right endpoint.
The free widgets let you place live prices on a page you control with one line of HTML, with no key and no signup. You may embed them on any website you operate provided that: the "Powered by PuntersEdge" credit and its link remain visible and unaltered; you do not present the widget as your own data or imply that a bookmaker endorses you; you do not scrape, cache or re-serve the widget's content; and your use does not place an unreasonable load on the Service. The free widgets are a courtesy. We may change their appearance, parameters or coverage, or withdraw them, at any time. A white-label widget without the credit is available on the Platform plan under the redistribution licence (section 8.1), at the fill costs published on the widgets page.
We publish a Python SDK, an MCP server, a Postman collection, an OpenAPI description and example repositories to make the API easier to use. Using the API through any of them, or through an AI assistant or other third-party tool that connects to the API with your key, is use of the API under these terms. The third-party tool is governed by its own terms; keep your key safe inside it (section 4.2).
We sometimes grant trial or complimentary access to a paid plan. It is granted at our discretion, ends on the date we tell you, and reverts the key to the Free plan when it ends unless a paid plan has been taken up. Trial access may be ended earlier for breach of these terms. Because nothing has been paid for a trial, nothing is refundable at its end.
Features we label as preview, beta or experimental may change, be limited or be withdrawn without notice, and are not part of any plan's entitlements until we remove the label.
Market reports, blog posts, model outputs, derived figures and any tipping or analysis content we publish are for information only. They are not advice of any kind, they do not take account of your circumstances, and they are not a promise of any outcome. Past performance is not an indication of future results; wagering involves the risk of losing money; and every betting decision you make is your own. PuntersEdge Members, our former tipping membership, is not currently offered to new subscribers. If we offer a tipping or membership product again, its price and any additional conditions will be published when it is offered, and this section will apply to it.
Where a plan, licence or data arrangement is agreed with you in writing outside the published tiers, that written agreement sets its scope and price, and these terms fill in everything it does not cover.
Your account is identified by the email address you sign up or pay with. You may set a password for the console, or sign in with a link emailed to that address. You must give us accurate information and keep your email address current: it is the address we send keys, receipts, security notices and service notices to, and a notice sent there counts as given to you. You are responsible for everything done with your account and your keys, whether or not you authorised it, until you tell us the account or a key has been compromised.
A key is shown to you once when it is issued. We store only a cryptographic hash of it, so we cannot read it back; if you lose a key you issue a fresh one from the console, which replaces the old one. A key is confidential. You must not publish it, commit it to a public repository, embed it in a web page or mobile app where users can read it, or share it with anyone outside your organisation. To show prices in a browser, use the widgets or route requests through a server you control. Anyone holding your key can spend your credits and act as you.
You may rotate a key at any time. After a rotation the previous key keeps working for 24 hours so that running systems can be updated, unless you choose to revoke it immediately, which you should do whenever a key may have leaked. If you believe a key or account has been compromised, rotate it and tell us at hamish@punters-edge.com. We may rotate or deactivate a key ourselves when we have reason to believe it has been exposed, and will tell you when we do.
Business, Platform and Scale plans include additional keys that draw on one shared credit pool (currently 3 on Business, 5 on Platform and 10 on Scale, including the primary key, as published on the pricing page). Team keys are for people and systems within your own organisation working on your own products. They may not be handed to separate organisations or customers of yours: that is redistribution, and section 8.1 says which plan carries it. The primary key manages the set, and the account holder is responsible for every team key's use. If the plan ends or drops to a tier without team keys, team keys pause until a qualifying plan is restored.
The Free plan is one key per person or organisation. Creating further free keys with other addresses to multiply the free allowance, to evade a limit or to continue after a suspension is a breach of these terms. We limit free signups per network address, and where we find duplicate free keys we may merge or deactivate them.
A free key is activated only when you confirm your email address by clicking the link we send. Clicking it is also your acceptance of these terms. Keys whose address is never confirmed stay inactive and may be removed. We refuse disposable or undeliverable addresses, and a key may be deactivated if its address starts to bounce, because we must be able to reach you with security and service notices.
Where your plan offers IP allow-listing, it is a protection you configure and maintain. Requests from addresses outside your list are refused; keeping the list current when your infrastructure changes is your responsibility.
The API is offered on the Free plan (3,000 credits a month, no card required) and on the paid plans Hobby, Standard, Plus, Business, Platform, Scale, each priced as published on the pricing page. The pricing page states each plan's monthly credit allowance, request limit, features and licence at the time you buy or renew; the changelog records how they have changed. Plans we have retired from sale keep the entitlements recorded against them.
Each endpoint has a published credit cost, which is deducted from your monthly allowance when we answer a request successfully. Requests we refuse, for example because a parameter is invalid, the endpoint is not included in your plan, or you have exceeded a rate limit, are not charged. A few endpoints have a cost that varies with what you ask for (such as the number of market types requested, or the size of a bulk file); the pricing page and API reference state how each is calculated. Every response carries headers reporting the credits used and remaining. When your allowance is spent, further metered requests are refused with HTTP 402 until the next reset, unless you are on a plan with overage switched on (section 6.6).
Allowances reset at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each calendar month for every plan, regardless of the day you subscribed or are billed. Unused credits do not roll over. Bonus, promotional and referral credits expire at the same reset unless we have said otherwise in writing.
Each plan has a published limit on requests per minute, applied per key. Requests beyond it are refused with HTTP 429 and a header saying when to retry; they are not charged. Sustained attempts to exceed a limit, or traffic patterns that degrade the Service for others, may be treated as abuse under section 7.
Credits granted under a promotion, the referral programme (section 10) or at our discretion have no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed, expire as section 5.3 describes, and may be withdrawn if they were obtained through a breach of these terms, including duplicate accounts. Promotions carry their own stated conditions and, unless the offer says otherwise, do not apply to annual plans.
We may add features to any plan at any time. If we move an existing feature from a lower plan to a higher one, every key that existed on the day of the change keeps that feature for as long as it remains continuously active, whether or not it later changes plan; this is recorded against the key, and we will confirm it in writing on request. New features may be introduced on higher plans only. Where a change to a plan you pay for reduces what it includes without such protection, section 15 applies.
Metering is how the Service is paid for. You must not circumvent it or any limit, including by holding multiple free keys, rotating through accounts, sharing a key between separate people or organisations (team keys exist for colleagues), proxying your key so that others can call the API as you, or caching our responses in order to serve them to people outside your licence. Automated account creation is prohibited.
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. Your card details are entered with and held by Stripe; we never see or store them. Receipts and tax invoices are issued by Stripe on our behalf, and your card, invoices and cancellation are managed in the Stripe customer portal, reached from the console or from any billing email we send you.
Prices are in Australian dollars. Where GST or another tax applies to a charge, the invoice shows it. Fees or exchange-rate margins your card issuer applies to a foreign-currency transaction are between you and your issuer.
A paid plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly on a monthly plan and yearly on an annual one, and your card is charged the plan's then-current price (subject to the notice in section 6.8) until you cancel. API access continues without interruption across a renewal.
An annual plan is charged ten months' price for twelve months of service, billed once in advance for the year. If you cancel an annual plan part-way through, it runs to the end of the year you have paid for and does not renew. Upgrading an annual plan moves you to the annual price of the higher tier and you pay only the difference for the remainder of your year. Switching between monthly and annual billing is done by hand: email us and we will arrange it at your next renewal.
You may move to a higher plan at any time from the console. The upgrade is prorated: it takes effect immediately, you are charged only the difference for the rest of the current period, and your billing date does not change. To move to a lower plan, email us or reply to any billing email; the change is made at your next renewal, and the current period is not refunded, because you keep the higher plan until it ends.
The Business and Platform plans include overage. When it is switched on, requests continue to be served after the monthly allowance is spent, up to a ceiling of 50% above that allowance, and the credits used beyond the allowance are charged on your next invoice at the rate published for your plan on the pricing page, currently A$0.60 per 1,000 credits on Business and A$0.30 on Platform, rounded up to whole thousands. The ceiling is a hard limit: once it is reached, requests are refused with HTTP 402 like any other plan, so the most overage that can be charged in a month is fixed and knowable in advance, presently A$90 on Business and A$225 on Platform.
Overage is on by default for keys created on or after 22 September 2026 and off for every key created before that date unless you switch it on. You may switch it on or off at any time from the console or with POST /v1/billing/overage. Switching it off takes effect immediately; overage already used before you switched it off is still charged, because those requests were served. Overage appears as a line item on your next Stripe invoice and does not change your plan, price or billing date. No other plan has overage: on them the allowance is a hard stop and nothing beyond it is ever charged.
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it over the following days and we email you so that you can update your card. If the payment is not made after those retries, the subscription is cancelled, the key moves to the Free plan, and any plan-specific features and licence end with it. Credits used during a period that was not paid for remain payable.
We may change the price of a plan. A change to a plan you already pay for is never applied inside a period you have paid for, and we give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a renewal at a higher price. If you do not accept the new price, cancel before that renewal and you will not be charged it.
You may cancel at any time through the Stripe portal (billing.stripe.com, also linked from the console) or by emailing us. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for, no further charges are made, and the key then moves to the Free plan. Cancelling does not delete your account or key; ask us if you want them removed (section 12.4).
Our Refund Policy sets this out in full. In short: we do not refund a billing period that has already started because you have changed your mind, since you keep full access for that period; we promptly correct any charge made in error, including duplicate charges and charges after cancellation; and if we end your paid plan for a reason other than your breach, or stop providing the Service, we refund the unused part of what you have prepaid. None of this limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (section 14).
You must not, and must not allow anyone using your keys or your products to:
We review request metadata (endpoints, volumes, timing, network addresses) to keep the Service working and to enforce these terms. Where we see a breach we may warn you, limit or suspend a key, or terminate the account (section 13), and we may act without notice where the breach is serious or ongoing.
PuntersEdge owns the software, website, documentation, branding and presentation of the Service, and the original analysis and derived works it creates, including its models, its best-price, value and closing-line figures, and its compiled odds history and archives. Except as this section permits, those works may not be reproduced, redistributed or resold without our prior written permission.
Live bookmaker prices and other factual market data are facts drawn from publicly displayed information; PuntersEdge does not claim ownership of those underlying facts. Where you access odds or market data through the Service, we grant you a licence to use the compiled feed and our derived works in accordance with these terms and your plan.
Four licences are available. Which one you hold follows from your plan, and each one adds to the ones above it: a Platform key holds all four.
Plus and Business are different permissions, not different sizes of the same one. Plus lets you SHOW our prices in one product, and carries the commercial permission that product needs. Business lets you USE the data anywhere in your business, whether or not a price is ever displayed.
Products that complement ours (tipping, modelling, form analysis, backtesting) are still products: if you sell one, or use one in a business, you need the commercial licence. Run privately for your own betting, they sit inside personal use on any plan. If your use does not fit these four shapes, email hamish@punters-edge.com and we will put something in writing rather than leave you guessing.
On 15 September 2026 the licences in 8.1 replaced an earlier set, published on 8 September 2026, under which every plan carried the right to use the data commercially inside your own systems.
If your API key existed on 15 September 2026, you keep that earlier licence. It is attached to the key, not to the plan: you keep it if you upgrade, you keep it if you downgrade, and you keep it for as long as the key stays in continuous active use. Nothing you were already doing on 15 September 2026 needs a higher plan to carry on. That earlier licence is recorded against your key and we will confirm it in writing on request.
It does not survive the key. If a key is cancelled or deleted and a new one is created later, the new key starts under 8.1 as it stands at that time. The earlier licence restored commercial use inside your own systems; it never included the right to display our prices to the public or to pass the data on as a feed, an export or an API, which remain the Display and Redistribution licences in 8.1.
These licences are ours to give over our compiled feed and our derived works. They are not a warranty about the underlying bookmakers' own terms, about third-party data rights, or about the gambling, advertising and consumer law that applies where you and your users are located. You remain responsible for your own compliance in your own jurisdiction.
Wherever the Display or Commercial licence lets you show our prices to other people, every surface that displays them must carry a visible Prices by PuntersEdge credit linking to puntersedge.online, legible at the size it is shown. The free widgets carry their own credit, which must not be hidden or altered. The Redistribution licence on Platform does not require the credit. Where our responses name the bookmaker a price came from, you must not attribute it to a different bookmaker or imply that any bookmaker supplies or endorses you.
Your right to receive Data ends when your plan ends, and changes when your plan changes. Data you have already obtained may continue to be used only for the purposes the licence you held at the time permitted. Any right to display, redistribute or offer the Data to other people ends with the plan that carried it, and copies of our feed held for those purposes must be deleted within 30 days. Your own derived works, meaning your models, analyses and the conclusions you have drawn, are yours and remain yours.
You keep ownership of anything you submit to us, such as feature requests, support messages, testimonials and listings on Built with PuntersEdge. You grant us permission to use suggestions and feedback to improve the Service without any obligation to you. We publish a testimonial or a case study only with your permission, and we may decline or remove a listing at our discretion.
Bookmaker names and marks belong to their owners. PuntersEdge is independent of every bookmaker whose prices it reports, is not endorsed by or affiliated with any of them, and does not accept, place or settle bets. Links to a bookmaker's site, including race-page links in API responses, are provided for convenience; the bookmaker's own terms apply once you are there, and we are not a party to any bet you place. Some sources we collect are withheld from customer responses where we do not hold the rights to pass them on, and we may add or withhold sources at any time (section 9.3).
Our Python SDK, MCP server and example repositories are published under the MIT licence in their own repositories, which govern the code. Our documentation and OpenAPI description may be quoted and used to build and describe your integration with the API. The Data you obtain through any of them remains subject to section 8.1.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the Service in accordance with these terms and your plan. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership in the Service or the Data to you.
You may use the PuntersEdge name to give the attribution these terms require and to describe truthfully that your product uses our API. Any other use of our name, logo or marks, including in a way that suggests partnership, sponsorship or endorsement, needs our written permission.
A price in our Data is our observation of the price a bookmaker was displaying at the time stamped on that quote. It is not an offer by us or by the bookmaker, and we do not warrant that any price is still available when you see it or when you act on it. Prices move constantly, bookmakers withdraw and suspend markets, and a bookmaker may show different prices to different customers. Best-price, value, arbitrage, movement and closing-line figures are computations on the observed prices, not a promise of any outcome or profit. Nothing in the Data is financial, investment or betting advice.
Results, dividends, fields, scratchings, acceptances and form are compiled from public racing records and bookmaker results feeds. Results may be interim before they are final, may change after stewards' decisions or protests, and may contain errors. Where a figure matters to you for settlement, verification or any other purpose with consequences, check it against the official source before relying on it.
The bookmakers, sports, markets and racing codes in the Data change over time. A bookmaker may change or close the way its prices are published, a market may be withdrawn, and we may add, withhold or remove a source for technical, commercial or legal reasons at any time. The coverage report and the data-quality page measure what is being served now, and that measurement, rather than any list elsewhere, is what we hold ourselves to. We do not promise that any particular bookmaker, sport or market will remain available for the term of your plan. If a change removes something central to what you bought, tell us; your consumer rights (section 14) are not affected by this section.
Where we find that historical rows were captured incorrectly, we may correct, mark or remove them, including in the closing-line archive and bulk files. Material restatements are noted on the data-quality page or in the changelog. Historical Data is therefore the best record we hold, and may be revised.
We intend to keep the closing-line archive and the results record indefinitely and to keep extending them, but we cannot guarantee that any dataset will be retained for any particular period. Some high-frequency tables are kept only for the window stated in the API reference before they are summarised or purged. If a dataset matters to you, export what you need under your licence while your plan allows it.
We work to keep the Service available around the clock and publish its current state on the status page, but the self-serve plans carry no uptime guarantee. The Service may be unavailable or degraded during maintenance, because of a failure at a bookmaker, a hosting or network provider, or for reasons outside our control, and we may slow or limit traffic to protect it under load. Where you depend on the Service, design for retries and a fallback.
We add endpoints, fields and parameters continually; additions do not change existing behaviour and may happen without notice. A change that would break an existing integration, including the removal of an endpoint or field or a change to its meaning, is announced in the changelog and, where we hold your address, by email. Business and Platform plans are entitled to at least 30 days' notice of a breaking change. We may act faster where a change is required for security, for legal reasons, or because a data source has ceased to exist. Retired endpoints answer HTTP 410 and are not charged.
Where your plan includes webhooks, we deliver signed notifications to a destination you control and make two attempts at each delivery, two seconds apart. Delivery is best-effort: your endpoint must be reachable and answer promptly with a success status, and we may pause a destination that keeps failing. Webhooks complement polling; do not build anything on the assumption that every event will arrive.
Every plan includes email support during Australian business hours. Business plans are answered within one business day (AEST), and Platform plans within four business hours on a direct channel, with a monthly call, as published on the pricing page; Scale includes dedicated support. A response target is a commitment to reply, not a guarantee that every problem can be resolved in that time.
Any key holder may create a referral code and link. The current figures are published on the referrals page and returned by GET /v1/referral/terms; the ones below are filled from there.
PuntersEdge publishes odds data and analysis for adults. We are not a bookmaker or wagering operator: we take no bets, hold no customer funds, and nothing we publish is an inducement to gamble. If you choose to bet, bet with a licensed operator, set deposit and loss limits before you start, bet only what you can afford to lose, take breaks, and never chase losses. If gambling is causing you harm, contact Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858 (free, confidential, 24 hours) or gamblinghelponline.org.au, and consider registering with BetStop, the national self-exclusion register. We will close your account on request at any time, and we may decline or end service where we have reason to believe it is contributing to harm. Our Responsible Gambling page has more.
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why, where it is held and how to access, correct or delete it. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
While you hold a key or a subscription we send messages that are part of providing the Service: verification and key delivery, security notices, billing and payment notices, and notices of changes to the Service, to prices or to these terms. You cannot opt out of these while your account exists, because they are how we meet our obligations to you.
We send product news and offers only with your consent, which you may give at signup or in the console and withdraw at any time from the console or the unsubscribe link in any such email. Our developer newsletter is a separate list with its own subscribe and unsubscribe. We comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
Email us from your account address and we will deactivate your keys and delete the personal information we hold about you, except what we must keep by law, such as tax and billing records, which we keep for the period the law requires, and the minimum needed to honour a request not to be contacted again.
If you build a product on the Service, you are responsible for your users' privacy and for complying with the law that applies to your product. We do not receive your users' personal information through the API; we record only the request metadata described in the Privacy Policy.
You may stop using the Service, cancel a paid plan (section 6.9) or ask us to close your account (section 12.4) at any time.
We may end this agreement or any part of the Service by giving you at least 30 days' notice by email, refunding any unused prepaid period if we do. We may also close a Free account that has had no activity for twelve months after emailing you first.
We may suspend or terminate a key or account without notice where you have seriously or repeatedly breached these terms, including: using or passing on the Data beyond your licence; circumventing metering or limits; attacking or abusing the Service; using it unlawfully or to facilitate unlawful gambling; being under 18; fraud, a reversed payment or a chargeback; or non-payment after Stripe's retries. Where practical we will tell you what we found and give you a chance to respond.
On termination your keys stop working, your right to receive Data ends and section 8.4 applies to Data you already hold. Amounts already due remain payable. No refund is made where we terminate for your breach. Sections 7, 8, 9.1, 9.2, 12.4, 13.4, 14 and 16, and any other provision that by its nature should continue, survive termination.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Those rights prevail over anything inconsistent in these terms. Where the ACL applies and the Service is not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited, to the extent the ACL permits, to supplying the Service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
Subject to those rights, the Service and the Data are provided as described in these terms and otherwise "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Data is complete, accurate or current at any moment, that any price is available at a bookmaker, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that using it will produce any result or profit.
To the maximum extent the law permits, we are not liable for: losses from bets or other wagering decisions, however informed; loss of profit, revenue, business or opportunity; indirect or consequential loss; loss or corruption of data; or the acts or omissions of bookmakers, payment providers, hosting and network providers or any other third party.
Subject to the ACL and to the extent the law permits, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Service and these terms in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim and A$100.
You are responsible for your use of the Service and for products you build with it. To the extent a claim by a third party arises from your breach of these terms, your products or your users, you will cover the loss, cost and expense we reasonably incur as a result, except to the extent we caused it.
Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited.
We may change these terms. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page and, for a change that materially affects you, email the address on your account at least 14 days before it takes effect, or longer where the change reduces a right you hold. If you do not accept such a change, cancel before it takes effect and we will refund the unused part of any period you have prepaid. Changes that are required by law, that correct an error, or that add features or clarify wording without reducing your rights may take effect when published. Your continued use after a change takes effect is acceptance of it. A change to prices follows section 6.8, and the licence attached to your key under 8.2 is not affected by later changes to 8.1. Earlier versions of these terms are available on request.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland and courts competent to hear appeals from them have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, nothing in this clause prevents you from relying on the consumer protection law of the place you live or from raising a matter with your local consumer protection agency. If a dispute arises, email us first: we will try in good faith to resolve it with you within 30 days before either of us starts formal proceedings.
We give notices by email to the address on your account, and they are taken to be received on the next business day in Queensland after sending. You give notices to us at hamish@punters-edge.com. You agree to receive notices, invoices and this agreement electronically.
You may not transfer your account, keys or this agreement to anyone else without our written consent. We may transfer this agreement to a successor that acquires the PuntersEdge business, and will tell you if we do. We use service providers such as Stripe for payments and cloud hosting providers for infrastructure, and remain responsible to you for the Service.
Neither of us is liable for a failure or delay caused by something beyond our reasonable control, including a bookmaker or other data source changing, blocking or withdrawing the publication of its prices, failures of hosting, networks or payment providers, denial-of-service attacks, government action, or natural events. Your obligation to pay for Service already provided is not affected.
These terms, together with the documents in section 1.4 and any written agreement under section 3.8, are the entire agreement between us about the Service. If any part is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues and the unenforceable part is read down or severed to the minimum extent needed. A failure or delay by either of us in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship between us.
Headings are for convenience. "Including" means including without limitation. Money is in Australian dollars. Times are as stated in each place: credit resets are in UTC (section 5.3); support hours are Australian Eastern Standard Time. The summary at the top of this page is a guide and does not form part of the agreement.
